Rain, wind, and flooded streets in Novi Sad made this year’s Serbia Business Run more challenging than expected.

Despite the difficult conditions, nine of our colleagues proudly represented INIT Technologies, crossing the finish line with determination, resilience, and strong team spirit. It was a shared experience that brought us together outside the office and made us even prouder of the team we are building at INIT Technologies.

INIT Technologies exhibited at IFAT Worldwide in Munich, held from May 4 to 7.

At the DWA booth, we presented selected implemented projects and solutions in the fields of water supply, wastewater management, and digitalization of utility infrastructure. A special focus was placed on our inVIEW Cloud SCADA platform, developed for monitoring, control, and optimization of infrastructure systems.

As part of the GovTech call for innovations in the public sector, organized by the Innovation Fund, we participated with a solution addressing real challenges faced by public institutions.

Working on the challenge of JKP Vodovod Zlatibor, our proposed solution, VodoMIND, is an integrated cloud-based software and hardware system that combines field sensors, a cloud platform, and advanced ML analytics to enable infrastructure monitoring, early leak detection, and real-time decision-making.

At our new facility, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Mokrogorska School of Management for an in-house training session on “Emotional Intelligence.”

Through open discussion and practical examples, lecturer Tatjana Kljun reminded us how essential understanding, communication, and constructive dialogue are for building strong and successful teams.

We’ve signed a partnership agreement with the German agency Background Performer GmbH.

This collaboration will support our local market presence and help us connect with new opportunities, fresh perspectives, and exciting projects ahead. We’re looking forward to a year of focused work, shared expertise, and successful cooperation.

As of January 1st, we have officially moved into our new building.

INIT Technologies was showcasing the inVIEW Platform at SPS 2025 - a PaaS framework for SCADA/DCS applications with real-time data acquisition, stream processing, time-series storage, and an edge runtime for localized control.

The platform provides hardened remote access, reliable communication with heterogeneous field devices, and native ML pipeline integration for predictive and optimization models.

Our colleagues Anja Pantović, Jela Babić, and Milan Plavšić presented inWISE, our AI-powered digital assistant for industry, at the StarTech program pitching session led by NALED.

What made the event very interesting was its interactive format, featuring three focused sessions: Business, Engineering, and Deep Tech. These engaging groups encouraged lively discussions and idea-sharing with speakers and participants alike.

We were honored to welcome a high-level delegation from Egypt, led by H.E. Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology of Egypt, accompanied by his associates and H.E. Mr.Bassel Salah, the Egyptian Ambassador to Serbia. During their tour, the delegation visited our company, where we had the opportunity to showcase

our innovative work and contributions as members of the NTP.

INIT Technologies successfully exhibited at this year’s SPS Nuremberg. Our team was eager to showcase the real-world applications of the inVIEW Platform across various industrial processes.

It was a unique opportunity for attendees to experience firsthand how our technology enhances efficiency and reliability in automation.

The second phase of the water supply system project in Accra, Ghana, involved migrating the inVIEW SCADA to our Cloud-based inVIEW SCADA Platform, a key software solution we developed.
